La Liga Santander Hackathon

Join us in an amazing hackathon event where you will apply machine learning techniques to find out insights from La Liga Santander!

There will be different challenges around data from La Liga Santander and you will be able to explore, identify and predict data solutions in just one day. 

No experience with machine learning? No worries! You will learn the basics of Machine Learning and more! 

What the attendees will learn

In just one day you will learn:

•    A practical introduction to machine learning problems
•    What are the main algorithms used in Machine Learning
•    How to apply these algorithms to real use cases from La Liga Santander

Showtime! At the end of the day, there will be time to show off your creations!

Wednesday, October 14th from 8 am until 8.30 pm.
•    08:00 am - Registration and getting together
•    09:00 - 09:30 am Introduction - Basics of the hackathon (Logistics, rules, teams, etc.)
•    09:30 - 13:00 am - Starts the challenge (break at 11.30 for a hint and guidance)
•    13:00 - 14.30 pm - Lunch
•    14:30 - 18:30 pm - Continue the challenge (break at 16.30 for last hints and guidance)
•    18:30 - 20:30 pm - Showtime! Teams present prototypes
